Our dinner at Il Chianti in Saratoga originally scheduled for April 5, 2020, was cancelled due to the epidemic and then rescheduled for January 23, 2022, but was cancelled for the same reason. The third time is the charm and I am pleased to report that we are now all set to enjoy the authentic Italian creations of celebrated Chef Fabrizio Brazani on Presidents Day.

Monday, March 28th, Tuesday, March 29th, Wednesday, March 30th and Thursday, March 31st

Some of you may recall the dinners we enjoyed in the upstairs room at Cafe Capriccio in 2015 on four consecutive evenings. We hope to recreate that memorable experience and Maitre Rotisseur Jim Rua has fashioned a menu that is certain to be a hit. There will be a limit of 10 to 12 on each night.

Our gala induction dinner will take place at the prestigious Fort Orange Club in Albany. Executive Chef Mike Sokolski, a veteran of numerous restaurants and country clubs, including a stint at TRU in Chicago (two Michelin stars) will produce a dinner in the finest Chaine traditions, enhanced by fabulous wines culled from the Albany Chaine cellar.
