The Albany Chaine’s second cruise will depart from Cape Liberty, NJ aboard Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas for a one week round trip journey to Nassau, Bahamas. If you were with us on our inaugural seagoing adventure through the Canadian Maritimes in 2014, you know how much fun these cruises can be.

Maitre Rotisseur Jim Rua, whose hospitality is renown, will create the Feast of the Seven Fishes, an Italian Christmas tradition at Cafe Capriccio. This informal dinner should be lively and filled with Chaine camaraderie. Plus the food will be fabulous.

Executive Chef Jared Millwood has created an exciting menu for us to enjoy at the historic Fort Orange Club.  What could be better than to ward off the winter chills in front of one of the many wood burning fireplaces in this warm and welcoming venue in the company of your Chaine confreres.

Chef Anand Jayapal (Chef AJ) will host a dine around dinner at Swifty’s Restaurant & Pub at 95 Everett Road, Albany. This is a great opportunity to invite friends who might be potential Chaine members. Cocktails begin at 6pm.

Maitre Rotisseur Andrew Richards (AJ) and his wife, Vice Chargee de Media Sociaux Christina Richards, are thrilled to be hosting the Chaine at {forged]}, the restaurant they recently opened in the former county courthouse and jail in Hudson Falls, NY.  The restaurant has received many five star reviews and Chef AJ is the first “Rising Star” chef in the Albany Wine & Dine for the Arts Festival to ever receive a perfect score.
