Recently inducted Maitre Rotisseur Lou Agostinello now heads up the kitchen at the Fort Orange Club, Albany’s most prestigious private venue. Lou was for many years the Executive Chef at Athos in Guilderland, a popular restaurant frequented by many of our members. Although he has only been at the Fort Orange Club for a short period of time, the members there are in agreement that the cuisine has never been better. Since this dinner is scheduled close to Bastille Day, Lou is considering a French themed menu.

Maitre Rotisseur Paul Dimm and Maitre Restaurateur James Warren will welcome us to the Scarlet Knife in a location that was formerly a K-Mart store. After extensive and extremely tasteful renovations, the location has been magically transformed into an exceptional venue, pleasing to the eye and the palate. Our Mondiale dinner there in March of this year was an unqualified success and we are all looking forward to revisiting this now popular restaurant.
