Our first dinner of the new year will be at the venerable Wishing Well in Saratoga Springs. Maitre Rotisseur Bob Lee will cherry pick dishes from the restaurant’s illustrious 75 year history as interpreted by longtime Executive Chef Patrick Brown. This restaurant is a favorite gathering spot for many of our members and never disappoints.

And this just in. As many of you know, Kevin Tighe has opened a bistro in Glass Lake. Kevin has persuaded legendary chef Ric Orlando to do a dinner there for us on March 5, 2023. Ric’s reputation precedes him and as you may know, he beat Bobby Flay. I spoke with Ric today and he is excited to be doing a dinner for our group.

Under the direction of Vice Echanson Rob Brass we will experience a Mondiale dinner featuring Priorat wines from Spain at the recently opened Scarlet Knife restaurant in Latham. This promises to be a must attend event.

We will be having a Dine-Around at Le Quai Bistrot Francais in Waterford. As the name suggests, the is a restaurant serving traditional French delicacies and it has garnered critical acclaim.

We will once again venture to the Beardslee Castle in Little Falls, NY where Maitre Rotisseur Randall Brown will dazzle us with his culinary offerings. Our prior experience there was well received and definitely worth the journey from Albany.
